1. One rainbow cake only consists of one cream flavour. Additional flavour can be added upon request. We charge an extra Rp. 25 thousand/flavour.
1. Setiap rainbow cake hanya boleh memilih satu rasa krim. Jika pelanggan menginginkan lebih dari satu rasa krim, dikenakan tambahan biaya Rp. 25 ribu/rasa krim.
2. If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to ask us. We will do our best to accomodate your requests with reasonable charges.
2. Kami melayani permintaan khusus dengan tambahan biaya sesuai dengan tingkat kesulitan dan bahan tambahan yang diperlukan.
3. Allow at least 3 days for regular cake orders and 1 week for custom cake orders, depending on the availability for the requested date. Therefore, the sooner you place your order, the better! ;)
3. Pemesanan rainbow cake biasa paling lambat 3 hari sebelumnya dan untuk order khusus paling lambat 1 minggu sebelumnya. Untuk memastikan order anda masuk jadwal, sebaiknya konfirmasi order anda dari jauh hari sebelumnya ;)

Payment - Full payment must be made at least 2 days before delivery
- We accept deposit or down payment of Rp. 100 thousand if customers wish to book a date in advance

Delivery Fee
- We provide delivery services to Jakarta, Depok and Tangerang. For Bekasi and Bogor, we are still doing our best to deliver our rainbow to you :)
- Delivery Charges:
- BSD : Rp. 10 thousand
- Tangerang : Rp. 25 thousand
- Bintaro : Rp. 25 thousand
- Jakarta Selatan : Rp. 25 - 30 thousand
- Jakarta Pusat : Rp. 30 - 35 thousand
- Jakarta Barat : Rp. 30 - 35 thousand
- Jakarta Utara : Rp. 35 - 40 thousand
- Jakarta Timur : Rp. 35 - 40 thousand
- Bandung : Rp. 50 thousand (pickup at X-Trans Pool)

Delivery Time- Please allow open schedule for our delivery since our delivery time are fully dependant to the delivery route of that day and also other un-avoidable factors (rain, traffic condition, etc)
- Jadwal delivery tergantung rute pengiriman kurir, kondisi lalu lintas dan cuaca pada hari tersebut. dimohon agar tidak memberikan batas waktu yang ketat.
- If you wish to use the cake in the morning or noon, we advise you to place your delivery date for one day before. :)
- Jika kue ingin digunakan pada pagi atau siang hari, kami menyarankan agar jadwal delivery kue tersebut satu hari sebelumnya. :)
