Products
All of our cupcakes are frosting with cream.
Our cupcakes bottom diameter is 7cm and our mini cupcakes bottom diameter is 4,1cm.
A giant cupcake can feeds around 20 people, with bottom diameter 20cm and height 20cm.
As all our products are made by hand on the day, the final product will vary every time. Please bear in mind that the images on our website are for display purpose only and are not fully representative of the end product.
Storage
The following storage methods are our best suggestions, but our products are always best on day of purchase. All products should be stored in air-tight containers
Cupcakes, Giant Cupcakes & Cakepops should be fine within 24 hours of purchase. Our Cupcakes can be lasts up to 5 days if refrigerate. Refrigerate if storing longer than 24 hours, except for Dreamy Durian, which should always be refrigerated, and freeze only up to 3 days if planning to store it for more than 24 hours of purchase. All cupcakes should be taken out of the fridge 20 minutes before serving for best flavour.
Dietary Information
Our Gluten Free Cupcake is also suitable for vegans. Please view the ingredients in our Gluten Free product to avoid any alergies or sickness what so ever. Please note that although a product may not contain nuts, all items are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.

Minimum Orders
Please review the minimum orders chart carefully so that you know whether you need to place an advance order or can just pop into our Kitchen. These quantities are specified so that we can best serve as many people as possible throughout the day.
Notification
Our online system provides you with the earliest available timeslots for pickup and delivery.
Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are our busiest days. We recommend that orders for these days are placed at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment.
Online orders can be placed no later than 3pm the day before the order is required (subject to kitchen availability).
We do not take or confirm special orders via email or fax.
Please note that full payment is required upfront on placing orders.
If you notice an error in the Order Confirmation you must notify us by phone by 12.00 noon the day before the order is due to be collected or delivered.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us by telephone before 12:00 noon the day before your order was due to be picked up. To cancel a delivery order, please contact us by telephone before 12:00 noon the day before your order was due to be delivered. If your order is over IDR 500000, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your order is due to be collected or delivered. A refund will only be made to the same bank account with which your order was placed.
Pick up & Deliveries
We offer a personal delivery service 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm.
For pick up order, you can come to our Kitchen every day between 10am to 6pm.
Our service delivers only to Jabodetabek area with different delivery charges. Zone 1: all Jakarta area, delivery charges flat IDR 25000. Zone 2: Bekasi (West & South), Tangerang, Depok & Cibubur, delivery charges flat IDR 50000. Zone 3: Bekasi (East & North), Karawaci & Bogor, delivery charges flat IDR 60000.

In order to serve you better, we also accept order by SMS +62812 18614058 every day from 9am to 6pm. Please specify you name, complete delivery address and your orders in your SMS.
